The Italian Slalom National Teams and Popov, Bulgarian athlete, at Bielmonte

In preparation for the highly anticipated men’s Special Slalom race scheduled for Sunday, February 4th, the Italian men’s Slalom National Teams (A and B) and Albert Popov, Bulgarian athlete, will train on Thursday, February 1st, and Friday, February 2nd on the slopes of the Oasi Zegna Ski Racing Center.

For National Team A, led by experienced coach Simone Del Dio, Alex Vinatzer, Tommaso Sala, Giuliano Razzoli, Stefano Gross, Corrado Barbera, Matteo Canins, Simon Maurberger, Tobias Kastlunger, and Filippo Della Vite will be present. National Team B, coached by athletic trainer Corrado Momo, will see the participation of Tommaso Saccardi, Alessandro Pizio, Matteo Bendotti, and Riccardo Allegrini.

Also, Albert Popov, Bulgarian athlete, third place in the Special Slalom of the 2023 Palisades Tahoe World Cup, will train at Bielmonte in preparation for his presence at the race in French territory.
